Capital Group publishes this informative study looking into the global state of ESG adoption within the investment community and highlighting the increasing implementation of active strategies that tackle ESG issues.

Of particular note is the finding that over 85% of global investors are now bought in to ESG “as a permanent and pre-eminent part of the investment landscape”.

The continued momentum highlighted in this report is very encouraging, and there are some great statistics that support this finding, but there is still much more work to be done to create more universal guidelines, benchmarks and standards across the industry.
